1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website marutidiesmachine.com and purchasing products or services from Maruti Dies & Machine ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products and Services

We manufacture and sell precision industrial machinery for jewellery manufacturing, including but not limited to rolling mills, die-stamping presses, casting machines, laser welders, and related tooling and dies.

All product specifications, descriptions, images, and prices on the website are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product information accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current.

3. Quotations and Orders

All quotations provided by us are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.

An order is only confirmed upon written acceptance by us and receipt of the agreed advance payment. Prices quoted are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and installation unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as agreed in the individual quotation or purchase order. Standard terms are:

• 50% advance payment at the time of order confirmation
• 50% balance payment before dispatch or upon installation, as agreed
• All payments to be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other agreed methods
• Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount

5. Delivery and Installation

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing. We shall not be liable for delays due to force majeure events, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery at the agreed location.

6. Warranty

Our machinery carries a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified in the individual product documentation (typically 12 months from the date of commissioning).

The warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, improper installation by the buyer, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow recommended operating procedures. Warranty claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of discovering the defect.

7. Returns and Cancellations

As we manufacture custom and semi-custom industrial machinery, returns are not generally accepted once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced. Order cancellations must be communicated in writing and may be subject to cancellation charges to cover costs already incurred. Custom-built or specially ordered items are non-returnable and non-cancellable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, technical drawings, and software, is the property of Maruti Dies & Machine and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maruti Dies & Machine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
