Three decades of metal & motion.
We are a Rajkot engineering house that builds the machinery behind India's jewellery — rolling mills, presses, casting lines, lasers and the dies that give gold its shape.
From a die bench to a full machine works.
The Workshop — 1998
Maruti Dies & Machine began as a two-man die-cutting workshop on Rajkot's 8-A National Highway. Hand-finishing bangle dies for local goldsmiths. The obsession then, as now: a die that releases clean, every single time.
The Factory — 2008
Demand pulled us from dies into full machines. We added fabrication, CNC machining and assembly lines, and shipped our first hydraulic press — a machine that still runs daily in a Jamnagar mint.
Today — 4,800+ Installations
Nine machine families, a 5,000-design die library and a service network across 26 states. From single-room boutiques to mint-grade refineries, Maruti machines sit behind India's jewellery.
The values stamped into every frame.
Precision
If it can be measured, it must be. ±0.01 mm is our starting point, not our target.
Honesty
Real tonnage, real tolerances, real delivery dates. No catalogue fiction.
Service
A machine is a 20-year relationship. We answer the phone for all 20.
Craft
Machines built by people who understand gold — many of our engineers come from jewellery families.
